SHIPPING CHARGES :

(a) WITHIN MALAYSIA : 

  • STANDARD PARCEL : RM12.00 (West Malaysia) / RM25.00 (East Malaysia)
  • EXTRA LARGE PARCEL : RM75.00 (West Malaysia)/ RM135.00 (East Malaysia) 

 

(b) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : 

Only ship to Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand.

  • STANDARD PARCEL : RM100.00~RM 200.00 
  • LARGE PARCEL : RM 200.00~RM 400.00 
  • EXTRA LARGE PARCEL : RM 300.00~RM600.00

* Any import or customs duty of the country of destination are fully borne by buyer/customer.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO OVERSEAS?

Yes. We are able to arrange shipments only to Singapore, Indonesia & Thailand.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once the order has been confirmed and shipped out, we regret to inform that the delivery address cannot be changed. 

 

HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

We shall deliver the Products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you in the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by us and typically will arrive within 3-5 working days from time of despatch. Do note delivery times may vary depending on location and are subject to change by courier company and is outside of Eddy Cycle’s control. Approximately, delivery within Malaysia will take 2 to 14 working days and international deliveries (country mention above) will take 14 - 30 working days.

Public holidays, weather conditions, international customs issues, force majeure or any other consequences that beyond our control may affect delivery timeline schedule.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
